Hello everyone! Hope you are all doing well.

As you already know by the title of this post, I have a very exciting announcement!

If you’ve been to one of my author talks or seen one online (you can watch my author talk at my local library here) you know that I have a new book in the works!

No, it is not a sequel to Coven of the Silver Moon, though that is in the works as well.

The new book will be a standalone novel (it won’t become a series) and I’m hoping it will be out by at least the end of the year. Some details so you can get a sense of the timing:

The book is completely written and edited.

I have begun to think about a cover but I haven’t reached out to anyone yet or made any decisions. That process has just barely started.

I’ve queried some agents and may query more, but I’m not as invested in the querying process as I was with Coven.

A couple more things about the book:

The title of the book is The Silent One.

Bio: A silent killer. A mysterious, power-craving queen. A dictocracy. And a rebellion. Told through the eyes of four young teenagers fighting the prison of their society, this is the story of an illegal, undercover rebellion fighting their way through immense loss, painful memories, and new truths they’d never even considered. Death. Love. Friendships. Betrayal. Secrets. And a mission that could result in the death of their entire country.

I am so incredibly excited to share this book with you! It has truly been a labor of love and I am thrilled with the way it’s turned out!
