Me and my friend Oliver have been working towards making our valley 100% renewable energy by 2030. We organized a climate event and we are now working on another one! If you have any ideas for us let me know!

You might want to consider organizing an event where you, Oliver and others can meet with the the School Board to discuss how your school can be a model for the entire school district. There is a student group in Portland that organized to promote the use of solar energy to achieve the goal of carbon free schools. They organized around this goal and the School Board adopted it. Would you like me to find out who organized this effort so you can be in touch with them via e-mail to find out more?

You are amazing. Keep up the great climate crisis work and keep posting. We have the youth climate crisis resolution before the Portland City Council this Monday evening. I will be speaking at the public hearing and will urge passage of the youth resolution. We hope to get a 9-0 affirmative vote.
